  My sister hasn't had a regular bowel movement in as long as I can remember. She was constantly constipated no matter how much so-called fibers drink she drinks. This was like a life changer for us because she lives with me and there's no more pain. I use them as a cleanse and the thing I especially liked about them was you were running to the bathroom all day. A one good bowel movement a day. We take them every night. Thank you so much! *

  These herbs do what they're supposed to do!  I include these pills as part of my nightly regimen whenever I'm feeling sluggish.  Upon awakening the next morning, my first line of business is a trip to the restroom.  These pills are not like other laxatives that make you dash to the toilet, but they gently let your body know that it's time to for a release. I don't take them every night because my diet usually does not consist of heavy meals.  I have these as well as a number of other Dash Supplements.  I will keep these in my medicine cabinet. *
