This has worked wonders for me. I used to have bad cramps that made me want to curl up on the bed all day, back spasm pain, rounds of heavy flow and now it’s light, cramps are mild and back spasms gone. I start taking it 4-5 days before starting and then until it’s over. So happy I found it.
