I honestly did not see any results from this product; however, I gave the product to a friend who had great results. So, I am rating this product based on that.

My cholesterol was 233 in March, I immediately sought Dash Supplements for a solution. I took the Cholesterol as instructed. I took a follow test in June and it went down to 200! I am continuing to take the herbs daily and will keep it as my regimen to maintain healthy levels as it still needs to go down more. Otherwise I am pleased with the results.

As a smoker, I swear by these. Within a few hours after taking the first dose, so much phlegm and gunk starts coming right up and out. I give them to my son for his seasonal allergy cough and the same thing happens. If you take them everyday, in just a few days, night wheezing is gone. I just feel all around better when I take these. Highly recommend.
