Best iron supplement I have taken. I was feeling very lightheaded and completely off hemoglobin was 10.8 since taken for a month hemoglobin levels has went up and I feel amazing

It helped a little only but I only took a month supply. I'm not sure how it would do if taken in a longer term.

These vitamins are great! I love that I can take them on an empty stomach without any discomfort. I take the recommended dose of 3 capsules once a day. I definitely see the difference in my sugar levels after eating. They are not as high as they were before and my numbers get lower faster after eating a meal. I am definitely sticking with this product and ordering again on payday.
