I turned 40y/o & thats when I started having irregular periods. They would be as short as 1 day up to as long as 3 mths. I don't know how many different brands of iron I've used prior to finding this product and I'm so glad I did. At first I wasn't sure it was working at all, after two months of taking the Cholesterol, my numbers were still high.
