It’s been helping with what I needed it to help with!!

Drinks lots of fluids but overall saw a difference in my skin and bloating within a week! I look forward to trying out more products. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Haven’t finished the whole bottle yet, and I am already feeling a change. I have been looking for something for years to help with hot flashes and night sweats to no avail. I cannot take hormones due to cancer. However, I am glad I gave these a try! I am sleeping more at night without waking up sweating, and I am having less Hot Flashes during the day. I am going to continue to use to see how much better it works. Ladies, I highly recommend giving this a try.

I buy these for my Mom and she likes them. We think this is part of the reason that she's no longer dealing with high blood pressure.

I went to the doctor and they said you need iron and prescribed a prescription. I will not take something that causes more issues. I have been a loyal customer to Dash Supplements and I am never disappointed. The Iron supplement made me feel so much better. My raccoon eyes started easing. I highly recommend Iron supplement especially if you were prescribe ferrous sulfate.

It helped a little only but I only took a month supply. I'm not sure how it would do if taken in a longer term.

Let me tell you about this wonderful product! I haven't had a cycle in 4 months, and my doctor kept wanting to put me on these different pills that definitely weren't great for my body, and I really didn't want to take them. However, I knew I had to do something quickly to regulate my body. After doing some research, I came across these and since I've taken the Uterus before, I figured they would help even if a little. Well, they helped a lot!! After 1 week of taking these, my cycle came on. Never been happy to say that lol! I can tell I'm overall healthier in that area, and I'm so thankful. I'll continue to take these as recommended.
