I recommend the iron supplement. It had work great for me. I have been anemic for a long time. With this product I had picked up energy and way more focused. My mood has gotten so much better that I feel great. I did not notice any weight loss, but I wasn't taking it for weight loss i just needed more energy. And this product was good for me.

I turned 40y/o & thats when I started having irregular periods. They would be as short as 1 day up to as long as 3 mths. Docs had ran every test that you can think of & everything came back normal and can't explain why I can fill up a "after child birth" pad within 1 to 2hrs. The docs want to put me on birth control but I don't have fallopian tubes. After taking the Menstrual Cycle formula, I'm doing much better than before. The heavy bleeding is now my regular amount. No more hot & cold flashing, no more feeling tired, no more drinking energy drinks, no more sleeping the day away, no more feeling confused from too much blood lost. Since I have been taking the Bowel Motion herbal supplement, my bowel has been completely emptied after passing stool.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do! Doesn’t make my stomach cramp and I don’t have to worry about diarrhea throughout the day! I love it!

This product definitely helped regulate my cycles. The only issue I had was the random episodes of horrible cramps when my cycle wasn’t present. I will be trying the Female Hormonal formula to see if it works better. Overall, I enjoyed having a monthly cycle. I think it would be more beneficial to get the formula monthly replenish to make sure I’m always stocked.
