I hope this is not too much TMI but I noticed right away that my stool is no longer black. I was taking iron tablets and my stool would always be black as a known side effect. I will definitely continue taking the Iron supplement.

I was on birth control pills from age 18-37. I had taken one break and had periods that would only come every 2 months. So I got back on them. Then I had to stop at 37 for health reasons and my periods were pretty irregular. (I am also underweight) I have PMS and PMDD and I only take this the week before my period and stop when I get my period. They help me get my period faster and help with the random rotation of pms symptoms- mine tend to vary each month. It just makes the pms shorter and the period come earlier- now my cycles are almost perfect 28 days. I am also 40 years old for reference. Hopefully this helps!
