It's a natural aid. No complaints. I stick to taking one as needed.

These herbs do what they're supposed to do!  I include these pills as part of my nightly regimen whenever I'm feeling sluggish.  Upon awakening the next morning, my first line of business is a trip to the restroom.  These pills are not like other laxatives that make you dash to the toilet, but they gently let your body know that it's time to for a release. I don't take them every night because my diet usually does not consist of heavy meals.  I have these as well as a number of other Dash Supplements.  I will keep these in my medicine cabinet.

My cholesterol was 233 in March, I immediately sought Dash Supplements for a solution. I took the Cholesterol as instructed. I took a follow test in June and it went down to 200! I am continuing to take the herbs daily and will keep it as my regimen to maintain healthy levels as it still needs to go down more. Otherwise I am pleased with the results.
