These pills really helped a lot. I missed my periods for 2 months. After taking it for a 1-2 weeks my period came back and regulated itself. After that I was pretty inconsistent with the dosage and that messed up the timing but it still came back eventually. I am going to buy more and be more consistent. This is a good alternative to birth control pills.

I called Dash Supplements I asked about the deep sleep. The Nerve formula was recommended. I will be taking this as long as I live. Now that I have the dosage right, I take one capsule every four or five days and I'm good. Every night is the same, deep sleep. I weigh 150lbs.

I do believe that the Immune supplement does keep my immune system stronger in during the winter. When I use it i get very few colds.

This stuff is amazing! Recently I was put on the mini pill for my irregular and long period which sucked! I had bad symptoms and didn’t help my periods. I took the menstrual cycle formula about three days after I got off the pill and saw results within a couple days! By day 5 my period had finally stopped!! Will definitely keep taking!
