The Kidney supplement is a life saver. I need the adrenal support and I can tell the difference when I don't take it vs when I do. When I take it, I sleep better at night. When I don't take it, I have a harder time sleeping. Over the years, I've run my adrenals out and have adrenal fatigue. This product is the only product that I've seen a great difference, so I can't go without these.

I’ve only been on it for a few days so far but my nervous system is feeling more settled, maybe from the adjustment to my ph and the benefit of some of herbs. Some of them are best taken in the morning though so they don’t disrupt your sleep so all in all, I’m going to start taking it in the morning but all is good so far.
