Good but I wish it was stronger. Maybe over time but nothing immediately.

I really love the multi-vitamins. Prior to taking these, my energy level was very low around 2:00 p.m. on a daily basis. Since taking Dash Supplements’ multivitamins and minerals, I noticed a significant difference in my energy level. The Kidneys supplement really works! Dealing with diabetes the metformin medication was taken a toll on my kidney and I stop taking it. I started using the Kidney supplement.
