This is a good supplement to take if you are iron deficient due to anemia or heavy blood loss during menstruation to help increase your iron levels.

It seems working positively for my spouse and decided to continue it. Earlier she thought of giving it a try for one month but the results seems good and ultimately I am ordering it for her for the next few months. Hope it helps her. This product is absolutely wonderful for reducing blood pressure. I started a new career and the stress that comes with that and personal family issues cause my BP level to literally go to stroke level at one point.
