I purchased the Nerves Formula and received it about ten days ago. I have taken it every night since I got it. I am on two psych meds Lomictal and Wellbutrin. I was easing myself into the herbal path again to try and get off my psych meds. I was noticing some odd irritability the first week or so of taking it. But from what I understand of herbs they work deeply to heal the source of the disease in the body. So when I felt awful I knew that the herbs were working on something. A little back story all my life I have to take a nap in the middle of the day due to my extreme exhaustion from God knows what. I am not the best at taking care of my body but I think the root cause of my tiredness is depression from my past. Unhealed trauma and sadness from a long time ago.
