It’s hard to find good daily vitamins. I was glad I found these. I love that they are natural and not filled with fillers.

I purchased the Menstrual cycle formula a few months ago hoping it would help me. I've been having irregular periods where I wouldn't have one for a month, but once I started taking this that changed! It has helped me out by balancing me back out since I been taking the formula!

I hope this is not too much TMI but I noticed right away that my stool is no longer black. I was taking iron tablets and my stool would always be black as a known side effect. I will definitely continue taking the Iron supplement.
