It was able to provide the necessary vitamins and minerals the body needs to perform efficiently on a daily basis without having to take a lot of different capsules every day. The required supplement that the body needs to function properly all on one pill. Excellent product. *

  I took a few months off (life got in the way). As soon as I received my order last week, I took immediately and felt THE change. More energy,focused and being regular. When daylight savings time changed, it always effects my sleep. Now I fall asleep even when I don't remember falling asleep. Dash Supplements is definitely in my health and wellness budget. *

  These vitamins are great! I love that I can take them on an empty stomach without any discomfort. I take the recommended dose of 3 capsules once a day.
