    A year ago I started experiencing severe cramps and pain. After using this formula my cramps are less severe. My menstrual days are less although I only have it for 3 days. I am able to go to work where as before I would have to miss work and stay in the bed all day. Over the counter medication does not work as fully as Dash Supplements.     I pray this never goes off the market. This has changed my life. I have endometriosis which caused me to have a tubal ligation and endometrial ablation.
