  Kidney is also a staple item I make sure I keep on hand. On a daily basis we need to make sure our kidneys are healthy and clean. Many illnesses, diseases and especially autoimmune issues are problematic due to unclean kidneys. So this supplement helps to keep those kidneys clean, bladder operating correctly and adrenals functioning. I also know that when I am consistent at cleaning my kidneys that my skin is clearer.
