A year ago I started experiencing severe cramps and pain. After using this formula my cramps are less severe. My menstrual days are less although I only have it for 3 days. I am able to go to work where as before I would have to miss work and stay in the bed all day. Over the counter medication does not work as fully as Dash Supplements. I have been using Dash Supplements products for 3 years now.

Thank GOD I found something to help with my period. I'm almost done with my first bottle and my second one is on the way.
