How Long Until I See Results?

This supplement has been a game changer for me! Before it, I was waking several times during the night with hot flashes. I literally had a cold bottle water next to my bed and my ceiling fan set to high even with the AC blowing cold. Almost one year ago I started experiencing night sweats. I contacted my GYN and she wanted me to come in for a consultation, then treatment. Because I prefer herbal medicines over prescription meds, I opted not to keep the appointment but decided to order Female Hormonal to see if these would help. I started off taking 6 pills a day for the first three days, then lowered the dosage to three pills. It took about two weeks for me to notice a difference. I found that eliminating spicy foods from my diet and by exercising on a regular basis, my night sweats have gone away. The only time the sweats reappear is when I eat the wrong thing or have a glass of wine too late in the evening. I will continue to take these herbs on a daily basis.
