ClaudeaHaven’t finished the whole bottle yet, and I am already feeling a change. I have been looking for something for years to help with hot flashes and night sweats to no avail. I cannot take hormones due to cancer. However, I am glad I gave these a try! I am sleeping more at night without waking up sweating, and I am having less Hot Flashes during the day. I am going to continue to use to see how much better it works. Ladies, I highly recommend giving this a try. *9 -

JenniferAlmost one year ago I started experiencing night sweats. I contacted my GYN and she wanted me to come in for a consultation, then treatment. Because I prefer herbal medicines over prescription meds, I opted not to keep the appointment but decided to order Female Hormonal to see if these would help. I started off taking 6 pills a day for the first three days, then lowered the dosage to three pills. It took about two weeks for me to notice a difference. I found that eliminating spicy foods from my diet and by exercising on a regular basis, my night sweats have gone away. The only time the sweats reappear is when I eat the wrong thing or have a glass of wine too late in the evening. I will continue to take these herbs on a daily basis. As of today, I am taking 2 pills every other day. Thanks Dash Supplements! *4 -

I literally had a cold bottle water next to my bed and my ceiling fan set to high even with the AC blowing cold.
